Rooms & Rates
Make your reservation for a dorm bed through our website and receive the Internet rate, a savings of $2 per person off the regular rate.
Rates include all taxes, linen, and free tea and coffee. Also, we do not charge a fee when you pay with a credit card.
We also have weekly rates and other specials when you make your reservation online (click on packages at the very bottom of this page to see the list).
Apple Hostels of Philadelphia is affiliated with Hostelling International, which means that if you don't have an HI membership card you will need to pay an additional $3.00 per night. If you are a resident of the United States you have the option of purchasing a year membership from us for $28.
ISIC, IYTC and VIP cardholders receive a $2 discount per night on dorm beds when they present their cards upon check in.
We have Male, Female and Couples-only dorm rooms. Only men and women who are traveling together can stay in the Couples-only dorm rooms. Bathrooms (including showers) are located in the Female dorm and Couples-only dorm rooms. The Men's bathroom and showers are located just outside the door to the Male dorm room.
The Couples-only dorm room is not a private room. It is the same as the Male and Female dorm rooms, except that it is for men and women traveling together. Men not traveling with women are never permitted to check into this room.
We also have Private rooms and Semi-Private dorm rooms.
The Private room has one set of bunk beds, the bottom bunk has a double-sized mattress. There is no bathroom in the room. The women's bathroom (including showers) is loacted on the same floor not far from the room. The men's bathroom and showers are located one floor above the room.
The Semi-private room is very small and has one set of bunk beds. The room is located in a dorm room. The female bathroom (including showers) is located on the same floor not far from the room. The men's bathroom and showers are located one floor below the room. This is ideal for those who don't mind being in a dorm room but would like to have some extra privacy. It has a locked door that only the occupants of the room have access to.
